Step 4 — Confirm & Begin Underwriting

If you’d like to move forward, simply confirm your quote.


Our Transaction Coordinating Team will reach out to collect required documents and contracts to begin the underwriting process.

Step 5 — Inspections & Appraisals

We’ll order the inspection and/or appraisal needed for your file.


During this stage, we work closely with you to ensure your property valuation and project details are accurately reflected.

Step 6 — Pre-Underwriting Review

Your loan then moves into pre-underwriting, where our team reviews all documents, verifies budgets, and ensures your loan is structured properly for a fast approval.

Step 7 — Closing
